"Mama Flow"

This yoga class provides an inspiring and nurturing space for women to come together in the beautiful practice of pregnancy yoga.

You will experience the flowing movements of yoga, lovingly sequenced, adapted and choreographed to music. In addition, we will practice pranayama (breath awareness), relaxation and meditation. These classes will develop strength and flexibility in the body; peace and calm in the mind; your body, your breath, your being ready for changes unfolding in your life. This class offers a safe, supportive environment for you to evolve and embody your new role with grace and clarity.
