Dawn has always been fascinated by the wonderful

world of crystals, with a passion for holistic

therapies. Her spiritual, crystal and holistic path

over nearly 30 years has made her a knowledgeable

and intuitive therapist. In 2005, Dawn received

her advanced Crystal Healing Diploma and more

recently a Crystal Healing Practitioner as trained by Philip Permutt, deepening her understanding and use of crystals (now calling them her “Stone Friends”).

Dawn believes in treating the whole body and not just what is outwardly presenting itself. Holistic therapies heal on every level, aiding balance, harmony and well-being in our lives. It treats not just our physical body, but also are mental, emotional and spiritual beings.

To compliment her crystal therapies, Dawn has trained in various forms of Reiki including:

Traditional Usui Reiki (Level1, 2 and Master), Crystal Reiki Master, Celtic Reiki Master (as developed by Martyn Pentecost the originator of Celtic Reiki), Angel Reiki Master, Spirit Reiki Master, Sacred Moon Reiki Master, Excalibur Reiki Practitioner

Combining all these facets enables Dawn to tailor each and every treatment specifically for each person, providing a unique and bespoke experience.

Dawn is also a professional practitioner in Ear Candling

and has a Diploma in Reflexology.

Holistic Massage Therapist

Level 4 MTI Practitioner 

 As a fully qualified MTI practitioner, Lucy is trained in a range of techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue, passive joint mobilisation and stretches, trigger point release and light hand holds. Techniques and intensity of pressure are applied according to the client’s individual needs and guided by principles of awareness, sensitivity and quality of touch. Lucy is also a trained contemporary dancer and has an ongoing engagement and interest in various mind-body practices including Yoga, meditation and martial arts. The skills and awareness developed from these practices have a strong positive influence on the quality of Lucy’s massage treatments.  

The holistic approach aims to restore balance within the body, taking into account the person's whole being and not just their physical symptoms or ailments.

Nutritional Therapy

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional therapy is aperson‐centred,holistic approach to healthcare, used to assist you to optimise your health and wellbeing.  It is based upon the assessment of your health, diet and lifestyle. This assessment then provides the basis for recommendations, which are supported by nutritional, lifestyle- based and health related sciences. Recommendations will be discussed and negotiated with you.

Nutrition and lifestyle approaches to healthcare have, repeatedly, been shown to support the health of all major body systems (skeletal, muscular, nervous, respiratory, cardiovascular, digestive, excretory, endocrine, immune, reproductive and integumentary [skin, hair, nails]).

Nutritional Therapist

Helen has a Diploma in Nutrition from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) gained after 3 years of training. She is also a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT).  

Committed to professional development, Helen regularly attends seminars and workshops to update and broaden her knowledge. 

As a nutritional therapist, she concentrates on the role of nutrition, nutrients and other biological agents that may be used in conjunction with lifestyle changes to assist her clients in maintaining optimal health. 

In recent years, she has concentrated on areas related to supporting gastrointestinal health, weight management and female hormone balance.

Helen has a passion for food and healthy eating. She enjoys supporting her clients to find foods and ways of eating, which they can enjoy and which also support them to achieve their goals.
